STAGE 1:
SHADE GROWN ARABICAS SOURCED FROM OUR REGISTERED LOCAL FARMERS

We source the best natural raw materials, organic ingredients that are grown in rich volcanic fertile soils. Our shade grown coffee provides ecological support through sustainable farming methods. Coffee is naturally grown free of pesticides/ herbicides and chemical fertilisers.

STAGE 2:
SELECTION PROCESS

IGP ensure each single origin farm are profiled and farmers registered and then trained by our CIC (Coffee Industry Corp.) Extension Officer in their area. CIC ensures our farmers follow industry standard and IGP standard by hand picking only the best individual red cherries, which are then washed, fermented and later carefully laid out to dry on solar drying beds. IGP facilities process and provides resources to ensure quality and not quantity is the constant.

STAGE 3:
SUSTAINABLE PRODUCTION

Only the top Arabica parchment are selected hulled and polished with each green bean being carefully scrutinised by hand before it is roasted to perfection.To ensure proficiency in energy consumption, quality and consistency IGP coffee are roasted in batches 25lbs at a time.

STAGE 4:
SUSTAINABLE PRODUCTS

IGP acts on purpose, and is a strong advocate for Environmental sustainability, IGP have a strict green packaging criteria for its biodegradable, compostable and recyclable eco packaging.All to ensure every new product and packaging launched is sourced from suppliers or manufacturers with low impact to the environment and who display green innovative packaging solutions.
